If there is another charity close to your heart that you would like to fundraise for, or if you are from a charity that would like to work with us, we can help facilitate this on a ‘Participating Charity’ basis.
We already have an extensive list of participating charities that have consented to part-fund charity entries. These charities are listed in the drop-down list in the ‘Fundraising’ section on this specific registration form here:
You can sign up for a different charity
We have an easy 3 step process to get consent from a new charity to part-fund your entry:
- Email the charity a link to our Participating Charity Consent Form and ask them to complete it
- Once they have completed it, your chosen charity will then confirm with you whether they can part-fund your place on the event.
- When confirmed by the charity, they will then appear in the drop-down list in the Fundraising section on the Participating Charity Registration form
Make sure to check your confirmation
- This process may take a few weeks and there’s no guarantee that your charity will be able to participate
- All charity places are part-funded by the charity, in return for your minimum fundraising pledge being fulfilled. These fees have all been agreed by your charity in advance.
- Please do not start any fundraising until you have confirmation of your place from them.
- Make sure you and your team have selected the correct charity that you wish to fundraise for on the registration form!
