Year after year we are amazed by the number of laps everyone completes, whether as a solo or part of a team, whether 5 miles or 150 miles. No two events have the same conditions, but if you think you can take the challenge then check out the laps below.
Records are meant to be broken after all…
1 lap = 5 miles = 8km.
* Henley Course
* 4 female runners have done 23 laps at Leeds. Kate Bennett completed them in the quickest time.
* Michelle White (Reading 2022) and Karen Wickens (Leeds 2022) both did the same number of laps as the leading male solo runner but did them in a quicker time, making them the overall winners.
After Joe Baker took the trophy home for breaking the course record at Reading this year, meaning he held the course record for all of the Endure24 courses, we took to social to collect questions for him.
Have a listen to the video on the right to hear all about Joe’s tips, tricks, tactics and how he only spent 13 minutes out of 24 hours off the course.
