MAKING REGISTRATION CHANGES

We understand plans can change, therefore we offer a range of options to our participants should you no longer be able to make the event. We also offer a 14-day cooling off period for refunds. If you are requesting a refund after this period, we are unable to accept it.

TEAM CHANGES

The deadlines to make any changes to your Endure Relays team are:

Endure Relays London: Sunday 5th October at midnight.

This includes:

  • Registering new team members.
  • Replacing team members.
  • Swapping team members between teams.
  • Changing team names and Team Captains.

We urge all Team Captains to send out team invite links as soon as they can and to complete their team registration details before the above deadlines.

What if a team member can no longer attend after the deadline due to injury?

Please contact our customer service team at info@endure24.co.uk if you have a requirement to make a change to a team member after the deadline. Our team will try our best to accommodate your request.

DEFER YOUR ENTRY

You can defer your Solo or whole team entry to 2026 however, we cannot defer individuals within a team.

  1. Log in to your Let’s Do This account. Select ‘Manage Booking’, choose ‘Defer your entry’ and follow the steps.
  2. Your 2025 registration will be cancelled. Upon going live for our 2026 events, you will receive a registration link to register for the next edition of the event. This link will be free-of-charge but will include the deferral fee. 

Please note, the deadline and associated Administration Fees for this are:

  • Up to 23:59 on the Sunday 4 weeks prior to the Event: £25

EVENT TRANSFER

Solos or whole teams can transfer their place to another Endure Relays location.

To do this, follow this link to sign in to your booking and complete the transfer yourself.

  • Click ‘Manage your booking’.
  • Select ‘Transfer’ and then choose either ‘Transfer to another race within this event’ or ‘Transfer to another event’.
