There is on-street parking around Finsbury Park, which costs £2.50 per hour.

By train
Finsbury Park is very lucky to be situated extremely close to both Finsbury Park Train Station and Manor House Train Station. Finsbury Park Station has both underground and overground services. It is accessible for our access customers although the busier station of the two. Manor House is underground only.
By underground
Piccadilly line
If you intend to use the Piccadilly Line you should use Manor House Station which is closer to the event exit.
Victoria line
If you intend to use the Victoria Line, you should use Finsbury Park Station.
Birmingham
By Train
- Sutton Coldfield Station is the nearest rail link. It is approximately a 12‑minute walk to the event site.
By Bus
- The easiest public transport option is to travel to Sutton Coldfield Station, which is served by the following routes: 5, 6, 66, 71, 76, 78, 78A, 907, X14, X15, 77, 77A, 110, X3, X4, X5

By Tram (Metrolink) – Best option
- Sale Water Park Metrolink Stop
- Only a 5‑minute walk to the event site
- Very convenient and the closest public transport link
IMPORTANT:
- The Metrolink Park & Ride car park is for Metrolink passengers only. It is not suitable for event parking and enforcement is strict.
By Bus
- The only service close enough to the event site is: 248 – Eccles Interchange ↔ Sale (Other routes in the area are too far from the event site to recommend.)
By Taxi
- Approximately a 15‑minute drive from Manchester
- Estimated cost: £18–22
Registration & Timings
Registration
Runners will collect their registration packs at the event. Only one team member needs to collect the pack.
Registration pack contents
Your registration pack contains:
- Race numbers
- Accreditation wristbands
- Timing chips
- Team batons
You must collect this from the registration desk. Further information is available on the Event Guide.
Start-time
You can start anytime from 10:00am on Saturday. The route remains open for 4 hours. More information is available on the Event Guide.
Key Timings
- 09:00 – Registration opens
- 10:00 – Course opens
- 13:59:59 – Participants can start final laps (must be complete by 14:30)
- 14:30 – Course closes
- 15:00 – Awards ceremony
